These professionals include, but are not limited to, health care professionals, law enforcement, advocates and social service providers. Through collaborative efforts this committee works to identify gaps in care and ensure that all services are trauma informed and survivor focused.

2018 Highlights:

This year the subcommittee focused on the following areas:

● expanding Arizona victims access to housing, behavioral, and medical health services;
● developing opportunities to capture and implement survivor driven service recommendations;
● integrating the Youth Experiences Survey Data into current and future victim service provider plans;
● developing a Victim Services Engagement Toolkit to guide faith-based, education, volunteer, and other groups as they engage with victim service providers; and
● identifying gaps in labor trafficking victim services with recommendations to providers.
